Karaköy Güllüoğlu Walnut Baklava
Walnut Baklava with is prepared with an average of 40 layers of fleece jacket. The walnut used in this signature Baklava is the Şebin walnut, which is grown in the Giresun region of Turkey.
Once prepared it is baked in the oven at 160°C (320 °F) for 45 minutes. With the sugar boiling at 110 °C (230 °F), it turns into sugar syrup.
Number of slices: Average 26 - 28 Pieces per 1 kg.
Contents: Granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, plain butter, walnuts, wheat starch, egg, and salt.
Shelf life is 15 days provided that it is stored in a cool and dry place.
