Nadir Dolama is made of 12 layers of dough. It is wrapped in a wrap. Pistachios in large quantities are placed in between. The cooking time of this baklava is less than other baklava since the number of phyllo dough layers is reduced. Nadır Dolama is cooked at 170ºC.
Available sizes 500g, 1000g, and 1500g.
