Arifoglu Rose Water 250 ml
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, fructose syrup, rose extract, water, citric acid (E330), cinnamon clove, vanilla, colorant (ponceau 4R/E124).
Usage: Rose aroma can be diluted in all foodstuffs.
As a beverage: Add 4 layers of cold water to one measure of rose syrup and mix it.
Ingredients: 3 parts rose syrup, 3 parts mineral water, 1 part lemon juice, fresh mint leaves
Preparation: Mix rose syrup, mineral water and lemon juice. After adding lemon slices and ice, it is served in glasses. If desired, it is decorated with rose flower leaves or mint leaves.
Rose Lassi Cocktail
Material: 125gr. yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3-5 tablespoons of rose syrup, 200ml of orange juice, lots of ice.
Preparation: All ingredients are mixed in a blender and served in glasses. It is decorated with rose petals or mint leaves, if desired.
Desserts / Güllaç
Ingredients: 10-11 gullaç dough, 2.5 liters of milk, 650 g of granulated sugar, 200 g of ground walnuts, 1/4 cup of rose syrup, a pack of vanilla sugar. Preparation: Boil milk and sugar, add vanilla syrup and warm. Lay a leaf of Güllaç on the tray with the shiny side up, add a ladle of warm milk and ground walnuts on it, put the other leaf on it and repeat this process until all the leaves are gone, pour the remaining milk on the top leaf, leave the tray in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours before serving. First, decorate it with pomegranate seeds or rose petals.
Rose Flavored Rice Pudding
1.5 liters of milk, one glass of rice, one egg yolk, 1/2 glass of granulated sugar, one coffee cup of rice flour, 50gr ground almonds, 1/4 cup of rose syrup, some coconut grater and pistachios milk sugar almond egg and rose syrup are whisked together in a saucepan, and when it starts to boil, rice flour dissolved in a little water is added to the mixture little by little, and it is continued to boil, stirring until it thickens.
